The first annual sports awards for the North West Essex
School Sport Partnership took place on Thursday 10th June at Colne Valley Golf Club in Earls Colne.
The event was created to recognise the outstanding
achievement of our schools and their pupils and to celebrate a hugely
successful year across the North West Essex School Sport Partnership.
Partnership Manager Joel Shaljean hosted the event and we were lucky enough
to have England and Saracens Rugby star Sonia Green to give out the awards.
Sonia also spoke to the audience about her rise to the top of women’s rugby and
showed some incredible footage of both herself and her England team mates in
action.
Awards were presented to family winners in each partnership
as well as overall winners for the partnership which are all shown below.
